The Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Oregon State Office intends to issue a Request for Proposal for a firm fixed price construction contract for the Roseburg Warehouse Improvements in Roseburg, Oregon, for the BLM Roseburg District Office. Work shall include mobilization, minor demolition, cast-in-place concrete, gypsum board, painting and masonry, ductless mini-split heat pump systems, electrical requirements, and lighting. This work will be completed at the Rose Warehouse located at 777 Garden Valley Blvd., Roseburg, OR, 97471. The magnitude of this construction project is between $100,000.00 and $200,000.00. The Contractor shall be required to (a) commence work under this contract within ten (10) calendar days after the date the Contractor receives the notice to proceed, (b) prosecute the work diligently, and (c) complete the entire work ready for use not later than ninety (60) days after the date the contractor receives the notice to proceed.
