Interest is being sought from responsible vendors to repair permanent fence to continue current grazing rotations and to construct temporary livestock fences to allow for a temporary grazing rest within burned areas while still maintaining grazing on the unburned portions of the fire areas. The Department of the Interior (DOI), Oregon State Office intends to issue a Request for Proposal for a firm fixed price construction contract for BIL ESR Fires Permanent and Temporary Fences Repair & Install for the DOI Vale District Office, Oregon.
