It is the only backpack electrofisher with onboard tutorials describing voltage, duty cycle, and frequency outputs to educate users while in the field about appropriate electrofishing settings. All these features are needed by the BLM. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
