## Description

Locations Roseburg District Office Complex & Multi-Purpose Building, Sutherlin Maintenance Shop, Myrtle Creek Maintenance Shop. Grounds Maintenance includes (Mowing, Edging, Pruning, Weeding, Bark Mulching, Raking Leaves, Aerating, Fertilizing, Debris Removal and Disposal, Maintain Sprinklers/ Timers as needed. All maintenance will be completed IAW section C (Scope of Work).
