Services shall include a minimum 24-month unlimited mileage warranty on the Engine and a minimum 12-month warranty on componentry including (but not limited to) Fuel pump, fuel injectors, turbocharger, high pressure fuel pump, sensors, electrical harnesses, glow plugs and block heater. If transportation is required, within 5 business days of award, the contractor shall obtain and provide proof of a minimum of $1,000,000 dollars shipping insurance for the retrieval and return of the truck to 2815 H Road, Grand Junction, CO 81506, and shall include the following statement within their bid package: \"Any and all damages incurred from shipping, up to and including total loss will be repaired at the expense of the contractor following scheduling requirements of the Government. In the event of a total loss, the contractor shall be responsible for working with the Department of Interior (DOI), National Fire Equipment Program (NFEP) to specify, order, pay, and deliver to Grand Junction CO a New (unused), BLM Type Four Fire Engine meeting the DOI's current specification requirements\". 13. Work shall be done by a Interternational (Navistar) certified facility. The BLM intends to establish a competitive range and hold discussions after receipt and review of proposals.
