This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, and quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation 140L4025Q0044 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation documents and the incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-05. This is a total small business set-aside under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 238990 with a size standard of $19 million. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is soliciting competitive quotes from qualified vendors for a firm-fixed-price commercial contract to provide Fencing Maintenance Service. A detailed description of the requirement is provided in the Statement of Work. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract to a responsible vendor on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis.
