The Bureau of Land Management, National Seed Warehouse System, intends to issue a solicitation for the Spring 24-1 Consolidated Seed Buy under SOLICITATION NUMBER 140L3724R0005. The seed requirement will be for various quantities and multiple varieties of seed to be delivered to multiple locations. This procurement will be Full and Open competition. The NAICS code is 113210 Forest Nurseries and Gathering of Forest Products, size standard is $20.5M. Single Solicitation, multiple awards and multiple delivery locations will be awarded as firm-fixed price contracts on a best value basis. TYPE OF CONTRACTS: The government expects to make awards on or before August 9, 2023. The Government will award multiple contracts resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offerors whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. The evaluation criteria will be conducted under a Best Value basis. The solicitation documents including specifications and bid sheet will be issued on or about March 12, 2024 and will be posted on the SAM.gov website under the Solicitation number in the contract opportunities section.
