COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION Billings Fire Campus Outdoor Gym Equipment DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENTS: Billings Dispatch Center is seeking an outdoor gym solution to allow crews with a minimum of 5 people to exercise together at any given time.
