This is a solicitation for Project # Kelly Island Russian Olive Thinning B. The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) Idaho state office has a requirement for tree thinning. The Contractor shall furnish all personnel, tools, labor, supervision, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation, training, and incidentals necessary to perform tree thinning services and chemical application in accordance with the specifications provided and the chemical label(s) C.
