Service Contract Labor Standards for Eddy and San Juan counties apply as applicable 5. Total Small Business Set Aside for NAICS 541620 - Environmental Consulting Services - $19M 6. Type of Contract - Firm Fixed Price 7. Government Past Performance Systems including SAM.gov and CPARS.gov will be evaluated to support the determination of responsibility required per FAR 9.104-1.
