## Description

BLM-CO GFO RED BRIDGE CAMPGROUND IMPROVEMENT This amendment is to add pre-bid site visit Q&A. This is a solicitation announcement for a campground expansion project located at the Bureau of Land Management Red Bridge Campground in Gunnison County, Colorado. Red Bridge Campground is 10 miles South of Lake City, CO on Blue Mesa Road.

1.1 PROJECT DESCRIPTION The work includes, but is not limited to; toilet parking and access construction, demolition of wood barriers and wood bollards, and boulder placement.

**1.2 LOCATION From Powderhorn Colorado:** travel south on highway 149 towards Lake City for approximately 8 miles. Turn right on Blue Mesa road, travel approximately 2 miles, the campground is on the left. The campground can be found by searching "Red Bridge Campground" in google maps. Google maps address: 2258 Blue Mesa Rd, Powderhorn, CO 81243 1.3 WORK SCHEDULE Work shall be completed within 150 days of the Notice to Proceed. Work is not allowed on Federal holidays. Work shall occur Monday through Friday. Contract time will be paused, upon request, when snow or snowmelt prevents work at the project site.

**Period of Performance:** Work shall be completed within 150 days of the Notice to Proceed. Rough Order of Magnitude - Between $25,000 and $100,000.
