**Question:** Requesting copy of special instructions per Manual section 9-1, Group No. 06, Hawaii (mentioned in the PWS)

**Answer:** "We currently do not have Special Instructions draft or signed yet. We will be basing the Special Instructions on the Pakukalo SBE that should have been attached or provided amongst the documentation. Therefore, the boundaries identified and evaluated in that document will likely be the boundaries to be surveyed."
