The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is issuing this Sources Sought/RFI to identify dairy cattle and livestock operations capable of providing Off-Range Corral (ORC) services for the receiving, preparation, and care of wild horses and burros. This notice is for market research only and not a solicitation. Interested operations should review the attached RFI and provide capability information including facility details, animal care capacity, staffing, logistics, compliance, and estimated pricing. All pricing information submitted is for market research and planning purposes only and will not be considered a binding offer. Responses are due October 5, 2026.
