Responses received will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses received is entirely at the discretion of the Government. No solicitation will be issued. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 541380- Testing Laboratories and Services. Responses shall be submitted electronically only to victor_nuno@ios.doi.gov and must be received in their entirety no later than Monday, May 18, 2026, at 12:00 PM Eastern Time.
