NAICS Code: 483113, Coastal and Great Lakes Freight Transportation with associated Size Standard 800. PSC Code: V124, Transportation/Travel/Relocation - Transportation: Marine Charter. This acquisition is set aside for small businesses. Subject to availability of funds. The anticipated award will be for a Firm, Fixed Price contract with Period of Performance from September 1, 2026 to October 30, 2026. The solicitation package will include the Solicitation Forms (SF1449), Statement of Work and other attachments as required. Solicitation 140G0326Q0094 will be made available through SAM.gov on or about April 29, 2026, IAW FAR 5.102(a)(1).
