## Description

MOBILE SECURITY SERVICES WAWSC WAREHOUSE The purpose of this amendment is to answer submitted questions and announce the scheduled site visit information. The quote due date remains the same, 7/8/2025 1500PST. Contractors are required to sign and return copies to the issuing agency. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.

This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) 140G0325Q0146. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04 dated 06/11/2025. This opportunity is set aside for small businesses.

**561621:** Security System Services (Except Locksmith), $25 million.

**Place of Performance:** Washington Water Science Center Field Services Facility, 8914 Lakeview Avenue SW, Lakewood, WA 98499. Period of Performance are estimates only: 07/15/2025 to 07/14/2026. Any award resulting from this RFQ will be based on tradeoff method. Each offeror must submit sufficient documentation for the USGS to evaluate in order to determine technical acceptability of their offer.

Please provide the following information: 1. Signed SF 18 form filled in with firm information, person signing, and line-item prices, offered, etc on Block 13 to 16 and FAR 52.204-24 and 52.204-26 check marks and signature required 2. Technical submission.

Include information regarding technical qualifications and experience sufficient for government to evaluate your qualifications to perform this work 3. Listings of prior relevant and recent contracts with project description and two or more professional references with contacts 4. Firm, fixed price quote and name of mobile application used 5. System for Award Management UEI Attached Pages: Statement of Work, 4 pages 889 Certification Document, 2 pages Clauses and Provisions, 19 pages Questions are due in writing to yangzhideng@usgs.gov by 06/30/2025, 0800 PST.
