This acquisition is set aside for small businesses only. DESCRIPTION The US Geological Survey Oregon Water Science Center requires services for cleanup of a surface water database as described in the attached Statement of Work. The USGS requires a base year and 1 option year. SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS All services will be performed in Portland, OR.
