This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations/proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-05 was published in the Federal Register May 22, 2024. This acquisition is set aside for small businesses. DESCRIPTION The US Geological Survey, Water Science Center, requires the analysis of phytoplankton as described in the attached Statement of Work. SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS All services will be performed at the vendors location. RELEVENT INFORMATION The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541380, Testing Laboratories and Services and associated size standard 19 applies to this announcement, along with Product Service Code B504 Special Studies/Analysis/Chemical/Biological.
