This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-04, effective 05/01/2024. This acquisition is set-aside for Small Businesses. DESCRIPTION The US Geological Survey, Southwest Biological Science Center in Flagstaff, AZ, requires Veterinary Services to serve on an Institutional Animal Care and Use Committee (IACUC) as described in the attached Statement of Work. The USGS requires a base year four options. SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS All services will be performed at the vendor facility and may include at least one site visit to a USGS facility or in the field. RELEVENT INFORMATION The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 541940 (Veterinary Services) and associated size standard of $10.0 million applies to this announcement, along with Product Service Code R416 (Support ¿ Professional: Veterinary/Animal Care). All questions must be sent directly to capplegate@usgs.gov by 05/22/2024 at 1200 PDT. Quotes shall only be accepted through electronic mail addressed to the Contracting Officer at capplegate@usgs.gov. All proposal documents required by this solicitation must be uploaded and received in their entirety no later than 05/28/2024 at 0600 PDT. Proposals submitted by hardcopy or any web portal shall not be accepted or considered.
