TWENTY-FIVE (QTY. 25) ATS SR3001 ACOUSTIC RECEIVERS AND ACCESSORIES This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) 140G0324Q0142. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-03 dated 02/23/2024. Advance Telemetry Systems Brand Name or Equal. Small business set-aside.

**Delivery Address:** USGS Western Fisheries Research Center, Columbia River Research Lab, 5501-A-Look-Underwood Road, Cook, WA 98605. Delivery by: 08/15/2024 or earlier. FOB destination requested.

**Equipment Requirement:** New equipment ONLY, NO grey market or refurbished products. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. USGS is tax-exempt. Offerors must submit sufficient documentation to demonstrate that the minimum technical specifications are met. Failure to provide the requested information may result in removal from the award consideration. Offerors must have active SAM record.
