Solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-04, effective 04/01/2024 Please see solicitation with CLINS, technical specifications, provisions, and clauses. 6. Unrestricted solicitation. 7. NAICS 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction 8. Size Standard: $45M 9. USGS is tax exempt. 10.
