## Description

Combined Synopsis-Solicitation for Two Lead Shields for Gamma Detector IAW attached Technical Specifications The purpose of this amendment is to answer submitted questions. No additional questions may be accepted. The quote due date remains unchanged, 3/28/2024 1500PST. Contractors are required to sign and return copies to the issuing agency.

**Q:** In order to quote you the exact product, request you to please provide a drawing showing all dimensions and features.

**A:** See attached. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) 140G0324Q0108. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-03 dated 02/23/2024.

**NAICS:** 333519, Other Measuring and Controlling Device Manufacturing, 600. Delivery Address: USGS Building 800, 450 Severyns Avenue, Moffett Field, CA, 94035. Delivery by: 09/30/2024 or earlier. FOB destination requested.

**Equipment Requirement:** New equipment ONLY, NO grey market or refurbished products. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. USGS is tax-exempt.
