Combined Synopsis-Solicitation for One (1) ImageBIO266 Laser IAW attached Technical Specifications This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) 140G0324Q0101. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-03 dated 02/23/2024. Elemental Scientific Brand Name or Equal IAW FAR 52.211-6. Small business set-aside.

**Delivery Address:** US Geological Survey, Building 800, 450 Severyns Avenue, Moffett Field, CA 94035. Delivery by: 06/01/2024 or earlier. FOB destination requested.

**Equipment Requirement:** New equipment ONLY, NO grey market or refurbished products. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. USGS is tax-exempt.
