## Description

Combined Synopsis-Solicitation for IFFO Hydrologic Data Collection and Analysis Support This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) 140G0324Q0098. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-03 dated 02/23/2024. A firm, fixed price purchase order is planned.

**Place of Performance:** U.S. Geological Survey, Idaho Falls Field Office, 1441 Jones Street, Idaho Falls, ID 83401. Period of Performance are estimates only: One year with the option to extend an additional year, subject to availability of funding and continuing need. . Please submit the following:

1. Signed SF 18 form filled in with firm information, person signing, and line-item prices, offered on Block 13 to 16 and FAR 52.204-24 and 52.204-26 require check marks and signature 2. Technical submission. Include information regarding technical qualifications and experience sufficient for government to evaluate your qualifications to perform this work.
