This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations/proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-02, effective 01/22/2024. This acquisition is set-aside for Small Businesses. DESCRIPTION The US Geological Survey, Klamath Falls Field Station, requires Janitorial Services as described in the attached Statement of Work. The USGS requires a base year and four options. SUBMISSION OF PROPOSALS All services will be performed at the USGS - Klamath Falls Field Station in Klamath Falls, OR. There will be a site visit on 02/21/2024 at 1000 PST. Attendance is not required but strongly encouraged. RSVP to the Contracting Officer at capplegate@usgs.gov. RELEVENT INFORMATION The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 561720 - Janitorial Services, and associated size standard $22 million applies to this announcement, along with Product Service Code S201 - Housekeeping-Custodial Janitorial. This service is subject to the Service Contract Labor Standards Wage Determinations. All questions must be sent directly to capplegate@usgs.gov by 02/23/2024 at 1000 PST. Quotes shall only be accepted through electronic mail addressed to the Contracting Officer at capplegate@usgs.gov. All proposal documents required by this solicitation must be uploaded and received in their entirety no later than 02/27/2024 at 0600 PST.
