The Government will make award to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable (LPTA) offeror. Quotes will be evaluated starting with the lowest price. If the lowest-priced quote is determined to be technically unacceptable, the Government will proceed to evaluate the next lowest-priced quote, and so on, until a technically acceptable offer is identified. 4) This solicitation is a SET ASIDE for Small Businesses.
