To confirm, in the base year only Well #3 is to be televised but optional additional years 1-4 TV would include all 3 wells so those would be Qty. 3 for bidding purposes? Answer: Camera inspection services for option years would be for one of the wells in that option period. This would be a separate option should the Government choose to televise one of the wells in a given option year. Question 3. It will be necessary to remove the well pump to televise. Should the cost to remove the pump and then reinstall the pump be included in the Camera Inspection line item or in the optional motor & pump rehabilitation line item? Answer: Should be in the camera inspection line item. Provide separate pricing within the line item for the motor/pump removal and well televising. Question 4. The optional well cleaning/rehabilitation line item would be per well with a qty of 3 for bidding purposes each year?
