Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror. The quote with the lowest price will be reviewed first and if that quote is found to be technically unacceptable, the next lowest quote will be reviewed and etc. To be considered technically acceptable, offeror shall provide technical brochures or specifications, complete configuration to include quantity, part numbers, and descriptions, per line item as specified in this buy. 4) This solicitation is a SET ASIDE for Small Businesses.
