SGS AXYS Analytical Services, LTD is uniquely qualified to support this requirement due to its established PFAS analytical capabilities and methodology compatibility with ongoing USGS PFAS research programs. Use of any other laboratory would risk data inconsistencies and disrupt continuity in analytical methods, quality controls, detection limits, and instrumentation all of which are essential for long-term PFAS comparability across multiple USGS studies. The NAICS code is 541380. The size standard is $19.0 Million. Responses may be emailed to Dayna Parkin at dayna_parkin@ios.doi.gov no later than 3:30 PM mountain time, Wednesday, September 2, 2026.
