The USGS Eastern Ecological Science Center relies on FLOW 3D HYDRO¿a computational fluid dynamics (CFD) software¿to support ongoing and future hydraulic engineering and fish passage research. Continuity of maintenance and technical support is required to ensure uninterrupted access to software updates, corrections, and assistance, enabling timely capture, processing, and dissemination of scientific data. The current maintenance contract expires September 30, 2026, and renewal is necessary to sustain operational capability and mission objectives. Flow Science, Inc. is the exclusive provider and licensor for FLOW-3D software and maintenance.
