The analyses are to be delivered to Kearneysville, West Virginia within one year from the date the contractor receives the purchase order. There are no option periods. Brooks is the is the only contractor that can provide the analysis service of all required metals (As, Cd, Pb, and Hg) within the minimum detection limits required (As = 0.03 mg/kg, Cd = 0.11 mg/kg, Pb = 0.03, Hg = 0.008) at a single facility.
