## Description

The purpose of this amendment is to offer a site visit 9AM on Wednesday, December 17. Park in the main parking lot and the COR will meet you at the main entrance.

The deadline for quote submissions remains Monday, December 22, 2025. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) Conte Anadromous Fish Research Laboratory has a requirement for annual preventative maintenance and routine repair/replacement service for its Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system located at 1 Migratory Way, Turners Falls, Massachusetts. Appendix A provides the Statement of Work.

The period of performance one year after receipt of order. There are four, one-year option periods which may extend the period of performance four years. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. The NAICS code is 238220. The size standard is $19 million. The basis of award is Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. Quote submissions are due on or before 12/22/2025. The anticipated award date of the contract is on or before 01/15/2026.
