## Description

The DOI intends to make a non-competitive award to The Project Blue Group Limited in accordance with FAR Subpart 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, to The Project Blue Group Limited, to purchase subscriptions, such as Antimony Market Service (ANT-MS10) Chromium Market Service (CHR-MS10) Critical Materials Monthly (CMM-M10) Gallium Market Service (GAL-MS10) Germanium Market Service (GER-MS10) Magnesium Market Service (MAG-MS10) Molybdenum Market Service (MOL-MS10) Rare Earths Market Service (REE-MS10) Scandium Market Service (SCA-MS10) Silicon Market Service (SIL-MS10) Tin Market Service (TIN-MS10) Titanium Market Service (TIT-MS10) Tungsten Market Service (TUN-MS10) Vanadium Market Service (VAN-MS10).

The subscriptions will be delivered to Reston, VA, by 8/31/26. There are no option periods. Pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b),The Project Blue Group Limited is the only source reasonably available for these subscriptions.

Market reports from Project Blue contain unique data sets that are up-to-date, comprehensive, encyclopedic reports that cover global production, consumption, stocks, trade and technology, as well as industry structure All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation no later than 08/27 /2025 shall be considered by the agency. However, this notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations.

Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
