## Description

The Department of Interior seeks a single solution for providing IT support operations with efficient, secure, and scalable remote support capabilities. This RFI aims to gain market capability information of COTS products that can provide interactive remote desktop support services, enabling IT professionals to remotely assist both attended and unattended laptops, workstations, and servers.
