## Description

The U.S. Geological Survey intends to make A new non-competitive firm fixed price contract to purchase full subscription that will include PLATTs Metals Daily reports as well as Steel Data & Analysis AISI PDF reports dynamic package (web) and add ¿ on package (email, AISI-AIS 2 PDF Data report, and AISI-AIS 7 PDF Data report, all for one base year plus four option years. The subscription also includes weekly and monthly price summaries.

The Mineral Commodity Specialists in the Mineral Commodities Section of the National Minerals Information Center in Reston, Virginia, require these. This document sets forth the justification and approval as required by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) ¿Only One Source Reasonably Available¿. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation no later than 2/19/2024 shall be considered by the agency. However, this notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.

Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A firm-fixed price award will be made on or before 02/25/2024 Email responses shall be sent to hnair@usgs.gov. The NAICS code is 513120. The size standard is 1,000 Employees.
