The produced gas is then delivered to the Delta V Plus Isotope Ratio Mass Spectrometer (IRMS) that is in use in the GEMSIL. Refer to the Specifications, B.1. The delivery date is 11/15/2024. There are no option periods. This will be a firm fixed-price contract, awarded to the lowest price technically acceptable. Quote submissions are due on or before 9/04/2024. The anticipated award date is 9/16/2024. Vendors must be registered at https://www.sam.gov/ to be awarded the contract. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
