## Description

The U.S. Geological Survey intends to make a non-competitive purchase order to Fastmarkets to purchase subscriptions for 10 users for Scrap package, minor metals package and American Metal Market news and for Metal Bulletin news to be delivered to National Minerals Information Center in Reston, VA for the Period of performance 08/24/2024 through 08/23/2025 There is one Option year: Option year 1 08/24/2025-08/23/2026 Option Year 2 08/24/2026-08/23/2027 The Fastmarkets a division of Metal Bulletin Holdings LLC) is the sole source for these subscriptions.

In accordance with FAR 5.207, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. However, THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. The Government intends to award this requirement noncompetitively in accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1).
