The equipment is to be delivered to the USGS Geology, Energy & Minerals Science Center located in Reston, Virginia. The period of performance will be January 11, 2024 through January 12, 2024. Pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(1) Hyspex, Inc. is the only vendor that can supply the requested equipment, calibration and training because the system is proprietary. No other product can integrate appropriately with USGS existing inventory. In accordance with FAR 5.207, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency, however, THIS NOTICE IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.
