This is NOT a request for a quote, proposal, or invitation for bid. On behalf of Cypress Creek NWR, USFWS Joint Administrative Operations, Acquisition & Property, Goods and Services, SAT 2 Team intends to issue a firm-fixed PO. The work to be performed under this PO shall consist of furnishing all labor, equipment, permits, and materials necessary to supply and perform invasive species herbicide application for spot treatment of Japanese Chaff Flower (Achyranthes japonica) on approximately 304 acres. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) number is 561730, Landscaping Services, and the business size standard is $9.5. The procurement will be a total small business set aside. The Government anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price type contract with a 90 days period of performance. The solicitation will be available June 14, 2024 (or thereafter) with a proposed closing date of June 24, 2024. This solicitation will be available in electronic format only.
