Bend Genetics has generated the Upper Klamath Lake cyanotoxin and taxa dataset since 2019, including under two prior NFWF sole source contracts for similar work, transitioning laboratories risks introducing inconsistency into the inherently subjective process of taxa identification, compromising the comparability of a decade-plus monitoring record used to inform ESA-listed sucker recovery and water quality management. This is not a solicitation for competitive proposal. No solicitation document is available. All responsible sources that have determined that they can provide the same products may submit product information and a capabilities statement that speaks to the products the US Fish and Wildlife Services are seeking in this proposed acquisition.
