The U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service, The Alchesay National Fish Hatchery must replace approximately 305 linear feet of 30¿ PVC pipe. Additionally, two sections of existing pipe are to be video scoped, one section is approximately 200 linear feet while the other is approximately 225 linear feet. This project will take place in Whiteriver, AZ (Navajo County). This requirement is being procured in accordance with FAR Part 15, Contracting by Negotiation. This will be a Firm-Fixed Price Contract and Award will be based on a lowest price technically acceptable evaluation.
