Interested contractors must be registered in SAM (System for Award Management, www.sam.gov) and complete Online Representations and Certifications. Any pre-proposal site visits will be announced with the solicitation. The NAICS code is 237990 – Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction and the size standard is $45 million. The project magnitude will be between $250,000.00 and $400,000.00. The work will commence within 15 days of Notice to Proceed (NTP) and be completed within 180 calendar days from the date NTP is issued.
