This posting will be referred to under Request for Quotation (RFP) Number 140FC324R0009. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A written solicitation will be issued and attached to this posting for reference only. This RFP falls under procedures in FAR Parts 36 and 13. This document incorporates provisions and clauses updated by way of the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-03, effective 02/03/2024. This requirement is set aside for small businesses. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) number is 238910, Repair or Alteration of Family Housing Facilities and the business size standard is $19M. This announcement constitutes the Government's only official notice of this procurement. The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this synopsis. The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is requesting proposals to replace a septic system per attached statement of work. QUOTES SHALL REMAIN VALID FOR A MINIMUM OF 60-DAYS. Delivery: The basis for award is Best Value to the government. It is the responsibility of the vendor to review the solicitation in its entirety; vendors who do not provide everything requested within the solicitation will not be considered for award. **Add other evaluation factors/criteria the program provides (if applicable) Contractor¿s past performance shall be evaluated using CPARS and FAPIIS. Please submit your quote on the attached SF-1442, or company letterhead with all pertinent point of contact information including SAM, Cage Code, UEI No., and business size/type. In addition, your proposal should provide unit price and total price, if applicable. No formal format is required as this is a combined synopsis/request for proposal solicitation.
