Acceptable: Offeror demonstrates satisfactory performance on similar contracts and has no terminations for cause or default within the past three (3) years. Unacceptable: Offeror has a record of unsatisfactory performance or one or more terminations for cause or default within the past three (3) years. Factor 3 Price Price will be evaluated for reasonableness.
