## Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Ruby Valley, NV has a requirement for Ruby Lake (NWR) removal of dead and down Juniper trees.

Ruby Lake is located at 305 Ruby Valley Road, Ruby Valley, NV 89833. The anticipated performance period is from September 15th, 2024, to March 31st, 2025. The project must not interfere with nesting seasons and must be fully completed by March 31st, 2025. Wage Rates:

**State and County:** Nevada/ Nevada Counties of Nevada Counties of Elko, Eureka, Humboldt, Lander, Pershing, White Pine This Request for Proposal (RFP) is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE and is conducted under the procedures of FAR Parts 12 and 13, incorporating provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-03. The NAICS code is 561730 and the small business size standard is $9.5m.

Instructions to offeror: All responsible small business sources may submit a proposal, which shall be considered by the agency. The contractor must show within the proposal relevant experience by demonstrate the ability to successfully complete as followed; remove trees along identified project boundaries and understanding of designated fuel breaks within the bidding schedule/proposal. Award will be made as a firm-fixed-price contract.

The contract will be determined on statement of work and pricing, as acceptability for this requirement below. Award of the call will be made to a responsible source pursuant to FAR subpart 9.1.
