The purpose of this single-source award is to address the urgent need for repairs to the building at Cibola NWR in Cibola, Arizona. The building's roof has significant leaks that are impacting its operation and completion of ongoing projects, and additional funds are required to address these issues. The leaks also pose a risk to the health and safety of refuge workers, potentially leading to mold development and accidents caused by wet surfaces. It is crucial to promptly address the roof leaks to ensure the well-being of all occupants and the successful completion of projects. Sole source justification attached.
