VA DIV POLICY CONCORD SVS COMMUNICATIONS THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE/PROPOSAL The FSC Code is R699, the NAICS Code is 561410 and the size standard is $19.0M.

**Notice of Intent for Award:** The US Fish and Wildlife Service intends to award a sole source requirement to CONCORD PROFESSIONAL SERVICES, INC., for communications work regarding production of survey research publications, story content and video production.

CONCORD PROFESSIONAL SERVICES, INC., has been determined to be the only firm with the capability to provide the required services since this work is a continuation of contract 140F0922F0157 where considerable amount of templates and b-roll have already been produced.

The same vendor is required to keep the continuity of the templates and the b-roll is required to produce videos in order to meet the October deadline for 2024A series of USFWS Office of Conservation Investment publications around the National Survey of Hunting, Angling and Wildlife Based Recreation, and eight accompanying Addendum Reports need to be completed.

Award to any other source would result in substantial duplication of cost to the Government that is not expected to be recovered through competition or unacceptable delays in fulfilling the requirement. If you disagree with this sole source, you may submit your argument and a statement of capability for this requirement for consideration.
