## Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and award. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.

U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Savanah, Harris Neck, and Pickney National Wildlife Refuges, Savanah, Georgia have a requirement for delivery of Diesel Fuel and 89 plus Octane Unleaded Gasoline, charged as a mark up per gallon as listed in the quote schedule under CLINs 0010, 0020, 1010, 1020, 2010, 2020, 3010, 3020, 4010, 4020. This will be a multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA). The period of performance will be five years. The maximum five-year dollar amount is $750,000.00.

This posting will be referred to under Request for Quote (RFQ) Number 140F0S24Q0015. All price quotations must be f.o.b. destination. This document is conducted under the procedures of FAR Parts 12 and 13 incorporating provisions and clauses in effect through the current Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2024-03. This requirement is set aside for small business. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) number is 324110, Petroleum Refineries with a business size standard of 1500 employees.

In order to have a quote considered, all bidders must be registered in the System Award Management website (https://www.sam.gov) The Government intends to award one or more firm fixed priced contract(s) as a result of this combined synopsis solicitation. Questions regarding this Solicitation must be submitted in writing, no later than, April 8th, 2024 at 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time. If necessary, questions received will be answered through an Amendment to this Solicitation. RFQ due date: Wednesday, April 10, 2024 5:00pm; Eastern Standard time.
