This is sources south Notice only and it is not a solicitation announcement. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to gain knowledge of qualified, potential contractors and their socio-economic size classification in accordance with NAICS code 324110. Responses will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After a review of the responses to this Sources Sought Notice, a solicitation announcement may be posted. A response to this Sources Sought Notice is not an adequate reply to a potentially forthcoming solicitation. This procurement is for fuel (unleaded and Diesel) for Savanah NWR Complex. If a contract is determined necessary deliveries will be made to the following Bulk Storage tanks: Savannah NWR 765 Alligator Alley, Hardeeville SC 29927 Harris Neck NWR 5000 Wildlife Drive, Townsend, GA 31331 Pinckney NWR at Hwy 278, Bluffton SC 29910 Two Barrier Islands off the Georgia Coast The fuel types would be: 1. Diesel Fuel (would need to be ultra low sulfur, highway grade with necessary additives. 2. 89 Plus Octane Unleaded Gasoline (without Ethanol) Fuel Tanks are 60 feet apart from each other so vendor¿s tanker truck will need to be able to move and maneuver around the tanks to unload the fuel. Fuel Tanks are above ground so vendor will need a pump to off-load the fuel. Fuel tanks have standard 4¿ male cam locks on each tank.
