BSEE has previously contracted with United Site Services for the rental of a large restroom trailer with servicing at Ohmsett. The initial purchase order was competed using full and option competition but the only quote received was from United Site Services. (140E0123Q0006) A review of the marketplace indicates that there are no other temporary/portable restroom rental companies within the local Leonardo, NJ trade area that can provide large restroom trailers, laundry trailers, and restroom servicing, on a temporary basis at Ohmsett, which requires the restroom maintenance personnel to have a background investigation conducted by the U.S. Navy prior to performing the service and the flexibility to deal with the base environment, which is demanding due to scheduling, base closure, security requirements, etc. PLEASE NOTE: This notice is not a request for proposal (RFP). However, any firm that believes itself capable of meeting the requirement described herein may submit a capability statement or quotation which may be considered if received by the agency by 12:00PM Eastern Time on MAY 13, 2024.
